If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel, without penalty, the management agreement.
6 Monthsoccupancy
If the tenant leaves or must vacate your home within six months of occupancy, we will find a quality replacement and cover the rental fee for your Florida property, should it exceed the security deposit.
New tenantplacement
Invest and buy your new home in Orlando or Miami with us, and we will find you a tenant for your investment property in Florida (applies to properties valued at $400,000 or more).
Pay byresults
Pay only after you get results. You won't have to pay a cent until your apartments or houses in Orlando or Miami are rented.
(*) Note: An Owner who has signed a Management Agreement may terminate said agreement at any time within 90 days of the signed agreement and avoid the Penalty Fee, provided they have notified Florida VS Property Management in writing. Owners should understand that only the cancellation fee will be waived; any other expenses incurred to market the unit will remain the responsibility of the owner. Payment for these charges must be made in the form of a cashier’s check or money order only.
