This policy explains what personal information we collect through floridavspropertymanagement.com (the “Site”), our forms and our contact channels, how we use it, who we share it with and what choices you have. By using the Site or sending us your information, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
1. Who we are
The Site belongs to VS International Rental Properties LLC, a licensed Florida real estate broker (license CQ1039196) doing business as Florida VS Property Management (“Florida VS,” “we,” “us”). Florida VS focuses on property management. VS International Properties LLC is a separate affiliated company that provides real estate sales services.

2. Information we collect

Our Site forms do not ask for Social Security, bank account or card numbers. Please do not send them that way. Contracts, rental applications and account statements are handled separately, usually through the owner and tenant portals.
3. How we use your information
- To answer your questions and schedule calls.
- To prepare the free rental analysis you request.
- To provide and administer our services to owners and tenants.
- To pass your request to VS International Properties LLC, our affiliated company, if you tell us you want to buy, so that a licensed agent can assist you.
- To send you information about our services, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve the Site and our advertising campaigns.
- To protect the Site, prevent fraud and comply with the law.
4. Calls, WhatsApp and emails
Our team contacts you personally by phone or WhatsApp to handle a request you made. We do not send text messages or automated messages by phone or WhatsApp.
Our automated emails may include confirmations, follow-up on your request and information about our services. You can unsubscribe using the link they contain or by writing to management@vspropertyrentals.com. If you do not want us to call you or contact you on WhatsApp, tell us and we will stop.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. We only pass it to VS International Properties LLC if you ask us for information about buying.
WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We use or may use these technologies to run the Site, understand how it is used and measure our advertising:

These platforms may receive information about your device, the pages you visit and online identifiers, and they also handle it under their own policies. We do not receive the content of your ChatGPT conversations.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although some features may stop working. You can also adjust your ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts. The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not give it to third parties for their own marketing. Some laws may treat the advertising pixels described above as a “sale” or “sharing”; to limit them, use the options in section 5 or contact us.
We share information only in these cases:
- Providers working for us: web hosting (GoDaddy), customer management and email (Follow Up Boss), automation (Make), messaging (YCloud and WhatsApp), scheduling (Calendly), property management (AppFolio), rental listings (Tenant Turner), and analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, Metricool and OpenAI).
- VS International Properties LLC, our affiliated company, if you ask us for information about buying a property.
- Licensed agents affiliated with our company, when they need to handle your request.
- Owners, tenants and maintenance vendors, when needed to manage a property.
- Partner accountants and attorneys, when you ask us to or authorize it.
- Authorities and advisors, when required by law or court order, or to protect our rights or those of others.
- A buyer or successor, in a sale, merger or reorganization of the business.
7. If you live outside the United States
Our company operates in Florida. Your information will be processed and stored in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate, whose laws may offer different protection from those of your country. By sending us your information, you understand that it will be processed there for the purposes in this policy.
8. Your rights and choices
You may ask us, at no cost, to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy.
- Correct or update it.
- Delete it, except what we must keep by law or contract.
- Stop using it for marketing and withdraw your consent.
Email management@vspropertyrentals.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond promptly. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the link they contain. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights, and you may complain to the data protection authority in your country or state.
9. How long we keep your information
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described, for the length of our relationship with you and for the time required by brokerage recordkeeping, tax or contract rules. If you ask us not to contact you, we will keep the minimum information needed to respect that request.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We will notify you of a security incident when the law requires it.
11. Minors
The Site is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party sites, such as the AppFolio and Tenant Turner portals, which have their own policies. We do not control their practices, so we recommend reviewing them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the current version here with its date, and changes apply from that moment.
